We would be nothing without our linguists. Language is at the heart of everything we do for Kent County Council, schools and its clients and our passion for everything linguistic means that we are able to offer language services in more than 180 languages and dialects. We hold a large database of qualified, experienced and vetted linguists who are profiled to content type, but we are always looking to grow our supply to meet the authorities' demand.

In particular, with its close proximity to the English Channel, Kent has a high demand for Community Interpreters for Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children.

We also complete document translations for various departments within the Council and for Kent schools.

We require interpreters with various levels of expertise and the qualifications that we typically require will vary but include Community Interpreting Level 3 or evidence of hours of experience.

If you're an interpreter and would like to register to work with us in Kent, please search for your language and apply or send your CV direct to our specialist team
