Care including Nursing

Adult Social Care

The purpose of adult social care is to provide individuals with both practical and personal support in their everyday lives. It is also about providing support to individuals so that they can remain independent and maintain their dignity and ensuring that they have choices and control.

Through Connect2Kent, social care workers are placed in roles working with vulnerable adults each year.

With the exception of Nurses and Registered Managers, it's not always essential to hold formal qualifications.

Children's Social Care

Children's social workers should strive to ensure that the children in their care are healthy, enjoy learning and achieve their potential. In addition to these important factors, it is also important for individuals to be kept in a stable and safe environment to enable them to contribute positively to a society that respects their rights.

Connect2Kent recruits for a variety of settings including residential, short-break services, family centres, youth projects as well as outreach services.  Whilst it is not essential to hold any formal qualifications, you will need to have previous experience working with these groups.

If you have the necessary qualifications and/or experience get in touch today.
